Sheet Metal& CNC Machining Services

Kivison offers a comprehensive range of sheet metal & CNC machining solutions from rapid prototyping to mass production. With over 50 sets of CNC Milling (3-axis & 5-axis) , CNC Turning, EDM, and Wire Cutting machines, our in-house capacity ensures your requirements are satisfied, with our multi-variety and small batch service mode.

Sheet Metal Parts

Kivison’s online sheet metal fabrication services provide a fast and cost-effective solution for any parts that need to be made from 3D CAD files or engineering drawings. Kivison offers a range of sheet metal materials, including aluminum, copper, steel and stainless steel. Kivison can supply any quantity of sheet metal parts from low-volume, high-mix prototypes to high-volume production runs. Kivison offers competitive, custom sheet metal fabricating prices for low volume prototypes and cost savings for high volume production runs.

CNC Milled Parts

CNC milling removes materials from the workpiece to create custom-designed parts with flat surface using cutting tool or multi-point milling cutters.

We support 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis milling, and right angle milling capabilities to help you rapidly create designs from simple straight lines to complex geometric shapes.

WIth our 3-axis & 5-axis CNC milling services, you can get milled parts with tight tolerance up to 0.02mm (±0.0008 in.)

CNC Turned Parts

CNC turning shears materials from the outside of a rod at incredible speeds using a spinning tool. At Kivison, we apply 50+ CNC lathes and CNC turning centers to create round or cylindrical turned parts with extreme precision that consistently meet customers’ expectations.

Our on-demand manufacturing platform can deliver high-quality metal and plastic CNC turning parts from rapid prototyping or low-to-high volume production runs.

Surface Finishing

Parts that are turned typically have a very smooth surface finish. The as-machined surface finish of the cylindrical areas will typically be much smoother using the lathe than the mill, so consider this when selecting the machining method for those parts that qualify for either method. Areas cut with live tooling, such as flats and slots, may have visible tools marks.

FAQ

We are here to help you 7 days a week and respond within 24 hours. Plus, you can find most answers to your questions right on this page.

To offer you an accurate and timely quotation, we need to get your 3D CAD files in STEP or IGES format, preferably also 2D drawings in PDF format for surface and tolerance reference. We also need to know the requested material, quantity, surface finish and your contact details in order to complete quotation with shipment costs to your place.

We do not provide design services, but if you are interested with our quotation, we can offer some suggestions for your design optimization based on our 10+ years of manufacturing experience, to find the most efficient way to design and produce your products.

The standard tolerances are 100µm, 50µm, 25µm for CNC machining.

If you send us complete RFQ package with all required information, you can expect to receive our quotation within 24 hours. For RFQs require hard tooling or contain many different items, it will take a bit longer, but our sales executives will keep close contact with you to keep you posted about the status.

For CNC machining and vacuum casting prototypes, we can finish and send out to you normally within 5-10 calendar days; for injection molding and compression molding which require to make hard tools, we can finish within 20-28 days depending on complexity and size of the tools; for pressure die casting, it will take 30-38 days depending on the tool material used and tool structure. Our lead time is relatively shorter in average than the competitors in the market, and we can expedite it for you if you need parts urgently.
